Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes! All of our pieces are made to order and fully customisable in size, design, and finish. We’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
What materials can I choose from?
We offer a curated selection of premium stones, timbers, and finishes. You can learn more about our material options here, or enquire for the full range.
What is the lead time for orders?
Our standard lead time is 6–10 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and material availability. We’ll confirm this when you place your order.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver across Australia. For international orders, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
What are the terms of purchase?
Gallery in house will hold your order up to 5 weeks from product availability. It is the responsibility of the customer to find an alternative storage solution thereafter.
All purchase orders must be finalised and paid in full prior to confirmation of delivery or collection.
Is there a change of mind policy?
If you have changed your mind on your order, you have the following options:
If you wish to remove items from your order and the balance amount goes into a negative balance, this deficit amount will be converted to a Store Credit Note and will not be returned to you as a Cash Refund
If the order is paid in full and you wish to cancel the entire order, you will receive a credit note for the full purchased amount of the invoice, valid for twenty four months 24 months
If you have received your items and have a change of mind, you have the following option if the product is in its original unopened packaging and it is within 7 days of you receiving goods you may receive a gallery in house store credit once goods have been returned and in good condition we will not be accepting goods once packaging has been opened This does not apply to any goods that are defective – refer to our Warranty Policy and the notation about the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law: If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights, including under the consumer guarantees. Nothing in this change of mind policy limits, excludes or modifies any rights you have that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or modified.
